Our staff strive to provide excellent care in a friendly atmosphere while insuring our customers, both pet and owner, receive excellent service in a playful safe environment.
Heather – Started as a volunteer with the BC SPCA in early 1995. She opened The Grooming Shop in 1996 and through no longer there, she continues her exceptional reputation for service and care at her new business. She has a strong commitment to community, volunteering her time at fund raising sessions such as the BC SPCA Paws for Cause and also the Pacific Assistance Dogs Society.
Tania –
Started as a volunteer with the BC SPCA in 2003. She completed her training at Western Dog Grooming School in 2004 and has been grooming dogs for the past
one and one half years.
Naoko – Started as a volunteer with the BC SPCA in 2004. She is in charge of bathing and drying your pet when they visit.
She is apprenticing to become a full time pet groomer.
Angela –
Has completed her apprenticeship for Trainer Apprenticeship Program in 2005. She is in charge of the dogs in daycare, insuring your pet is engaged in having fun and is adhering to their own routine.
Rumi –
Volunteered at the BC SPCA for the past 4 years, and now followed Heather to Heather’s Place for her
"stress relief" day on Saturdays.
